World War II in Colour recounts the course of the war, falling back upon sensational color footage from German, British and American archives. This includes exclusive 35mm-colour footage of the war in France in 1940, unknown pictures of the Norway campaign and impressive scenes of the advance in the Soviet Union in 1941/42, unreleased private films of the war at the home front document, among other things, the effects of the Allies’ air raids.
