Originally released in 2003, this new release in our Digitally Remastered Series is a long deleted Train Crazy title. Originally available on VHS (in 2003) and then as a limited edition DVD, it has not been available for more than a decade. Due to many requests it’s back – bigger, better and in stunning HD for the very first time!

This is the original programme, which has been put through the upscale and remaster treatment with improvements to audio, colour balance, contrast and most of all – picture quality. Some of the trains featured here were never filmed in HD or in broadcast quality. Now, for the first time – you can enjoy just that!

Until the early 2000s, video footage shot at night tended to be grainy or weak, but thanks to advances in digital technology modern cameras can now provide crystal clear images. Our three chosen stations have improved lighting, and with more freight trains running during the hours of darkness – are you ready for a journey on the Night Train? Locos, units, passenger, mail and lots and lots of freight!

Features loco classes 37, 43, 47, 56, 60, 66, 67, 86, 87, 90 & 92 in a variety of liveries on many different types of trains.
