Each focuses on a different decade, from the 1920s through to the 1960s. The series has been created using exclusively archive film, and charts the important moments in steam history, such as nationalisation and the advent of ‘modern’ power. It also featuring some of the most famous locomotives ever, and many rarely seen treats.
