Description

The full story behind the return of passenger trains to the Swanage Branch, the first diesel since 1972 and the first steamer since 1967. There’s aerial footage of Tangmere as it traverses the branch, extensive coverage of the very first trains hauled by two Class 66s, London departure coverage, onboard journey film, multiple lineside locations and more. See the trains negotiate the junction at Worgret on these truly historic days, and a fitting tribute to Swanage Railway making the final connection with the main line at Wareham.
